We Can Recharge Ourselves

maxresdefault.jpg

If you are in a vehicle, how can you say the vehicle is you? Think carefully. The vehicle can be on idle, so all functions are working, but without the driver what can the vehicle do? I want you to remember that we carry a body.  The driver inside is the part of us that does the thinking, the feeling, and creates intention. It allows us the idea of soul awareness whilst in the body. That is why we can think in terms of soul consciousness. That is why we can realize Self, because of the nature of this body.

In ignorance we say that we are thinking in the brain. Yes, we are thinking in our brain, but with our soul. It is the soul that has the power to think, to reason, to experience chakras, and it uses the marvellous nature of the body to drive it.

We can power up the body from different spaces. We can power up the brain from two chakras in the head, Ajna chakra and Sahasrara chakraWe can bring energies in our voice at will, when we are more soul aware. And we have the ability to also bring energies through our voice, with a throat centre, Vishudda chakra. When we begin to feel this chakra, we feel our listening power, because this is connected to the Akash, the element of ether through which thoughts flow. We are able to feel the communication space beyond audible sounds of the human being. We are able to feel quantum energies in the space and what information they are carrying.

We have an emotional centre, Anahata chakra, from where we can pulsate energies of love, compassion and forgiveness at will. You have forgotten your power; you‘ve lost it. We have a chakra at the navel area. This is able to recharge the body in a very powerful way. So, this soul has the power to recharge a physical body from Manipura. Just breathing into the navel area, we can begin to feel that power recharging the body.

Then we have the Swadhisthana chakra in the sexual area that is able to allow true lovers to share energies in that field. Those who are devoted to higher purposes can transmute that energy and take it to other places. It gives such awesome power. And in the perineum area we can energize the body in a very physical way, ground ourselves to the earth like a tree and to earth consciousness.

In Day 7 of our 21 Day Meditation Series Sri Vasudeva guides us in energizing ourselves through the subtle energy system.

Become Aware of Subtle Energy

pastel-bokeh-3840x2400-wide-wallpapers.net.jpg

The physical being we know, we see it, we smell it, we taste it, we touch it, we hear it. Physical senses allow us to ground ourselves in the physical world. But energy awareness is a little more subtle and we have to listen, observe, give attention to it, until we begin to feel the existence of this subtle energy field. It is the field of thoughts, it is the field of emotions, it is the field of vitality beyond physical strength. We need to become aware of that energy field. So it requires listening to the thoughts, it requires observing how we feel when emotions flow through our being, it requires observing how we feel as vitality moves within us from the things we eat, from the air that we breathe, from the exchanges with people. We need to be aware of that subtle energy field.

Then as we interact in the world, we need to be aware of the energy that flows inside of the physical, and of the Source from where it comes. That is the idea of multi-dimensionality. The Kundalini model allows us to see all the different qualities of energy that exist within us and within our world. That is why this is such a perfect model in understanding the Universe and our interaction with the Universe. Sri Vasudeva

The Path of Maha Yoga

swan-2077219_960_720.jpg

Karma yoga defines a path for us to freedom by learning to be unselfish. It is easy to say but not easy to do. It requires a transformation in the consciousness and the gift of Mahayoga is that it allows that energy to carry you, to allow this to happen. I cannot say that I did this on my own; to come into that space where I can be carried. It is the blessing of the Master and the blessing of the Supreme Energy working in and through me that has brought me there. So when I sing, I am carried. When I speak, I am carried. When I work, I am carried. When I am in my gym, I am carried. When I breathe, I am carried. When I think, I am carried. Why do you want the burden of doer-ship, when it is so easy to be carried? That is the path of Mahayoga. Sri Vasudeva

Meditation on the Subtle Energy Space

pexels-photo-132344.jpegBreathe down to the root, and then breathe with attention up the spine, giving attention to every area where the senses are connected: root chakra and smell; sacral chakra and taste; navel chakra and light, seeing; heart chakra and touch, feeling; throat chakra and space, ākāsh, and; then the mind, centre of the eyebrows. So let the breath revitalize every area that you can see it clearly.

Now an important point is to observe whether the prāṇa is energizing you, whether you are becoming aware of these areas of the senses, and whether you are having an even breath. Go to that place where the breath can be more even, where the prāṇa can be more steady, and begin to revitalize those areas, regulate the prāṇa, and begin to observe what happens to the mind when you do.

Keenly observe whatever thoughts are arising in the mind; they are coming from the chitta, the memory store. Learn to develop a relationship of the manas with every area: mind with throat; mind with heart; mind with gut; mind with sacral area; mind with root. And observe what thoughts enter the play; that will give you an idea of where you need to work more.  Sri Vasudeva Day 25 Forty days 2017. For full talk and meditation go to  www. blue-star.org

Meditation on the Prana

free-incense-sticks-450x334-1.pngThe  spinal column is sacred; therein lies the fire of Kuṇḍalinī, burning Her way through the karmas that we have created.

If you want to bring energy to your hands, go to the heart. If you want to bring prāṇa to the gut, go to the centre of the gut. You want to go to the throat and bring Her to the throat, or brow and brain. So begin to explore. You are in a field of grace; this is the space of the Masters. The Masters’ energy is in this space, the guru tattva is in this space, your guru power is in this space.

Now there should be greater awareness of the entire spinal column. And you can subtly breathe up the column from the root to the brow, and breathe down the column, and that is how you traverse the sushumna nadi.

You stay in the practice until She becomes more and more visible in your space. Do not be impatient, do not give up. Give her a charming call, a child calling out lovingly to its Mother, “Please come Mother, I need you. Teach me, guide me, work with me. I am Yours Mother. Be my Guru, be my teacher. Nourish me, protect me, strengthen me.” Sri Vasudeva Day 24 Forty days 2017. For full talk and meditation go to  www. blue-star.org

Liberating Meditation on the Chakras, Elements & Senses

spring-pistil-wood-flower-99574.jpegBegin to observe the power that you have in the play, you have mental power in the play. Clear the mental field, observing its potential power in the silence. And the centre of that mental power can be experienced in the brain by focusing at the centre of the eyebrows…

Let us visit the field of the senses, the consciousness of the horses in the hold of the manas and the prāṇa. Go to the throat, and it is related to hearing and sound; gross sound and subtle sound. So focus on hearing the silence. If any mantric sound comes up, just listen to them. Any sound that comes, no judgement, just observing the experience. If any subtle sound appears, just listen without being attached….

Regulate the breath because you want the prāṇas to be steady, stable. You want to enjoy that feeling of love that inspires touch, and the field of a body that is sensitive to touch, and the relationship of your being touching the earth, touching the space in a subtle way.

Breathe the prāṇa into the gut….recharge the nervous system of the gut. And begin to feel that gut power that comes, that fire in the gut. The fire of vitality that can shine in the body with the tejas, that energetic shine that lights up everything. This influences perception; our experience of colours and forms, fire and light, gross and subtle…..

With appreciation for the core vital area of the body, go down to the sacral chakra. It is associated with the sense of taste and the experience of the sexual power in the subtle dimension. So when you breathe the prāṇa there, you will begin to feel it is an energy that is beyond gender. It drives gender and that generative power in procreation. But it is beyond gender; it drives the sexual consciousness. Harmonize with it; no fear. In the subtle mode, you can take it to every part of you; it can revitalize your being.

Then go right down to the perineum area and that is where you get a hold on the physicality, and the earth consciousness, and the sense of smell. Welcome that experience, learn to enjoy your physicality, it is an energy play. The sense of smell is both gross and subtle. Feel the body’s connection to the earth’s field…

That which is really the evolutionary power behind your seeking, That is the doer. And the prayer would be that Cosmic Doer, the true doer, will manifest more and more in your consciousness. Sri Vasudeva Day 23 Forty days 2017. For full talk and meditation go to  www. blue-star.org
