Conditioning for Fluctuating Energies

When we go out into our world, meeting with fluctuating energies, challenging thoughts and ego energies in a space, how do we condition our Being to meet with these various challenges? A ritual in the morning of preparing ourself for the challenges of a new day is needed. Any form of meditation where we condition the consciousness is important in those moments. So condition your body, prepare your body, and prepare your consciousness for a new day.

Stay aware throughout the day

Throughout the day, let us keep that awareness of protecting our consciousness, protecting that sacred space inside. Whilst we are engaged in daily activities, let us stay in the awareness of our inner space. It is our space! Let us stay in the strength that we gained from our morning ritual. We can keep refreshing it on the go, because we have so many idle moments. Look for the thought wasters, those thoughts that sap our energy away! And when you notice them, begin to recognize their lack of value. Choose the thoughts that will keep you at a high level of energy.

Importance of an evening ritual

If you think that the morning ritual was important, you will agree that an evening ritual is also important! How we go into our restfulness is extremely important! I like to think that what we go to bed with, is what we are going to wake up to. If we go to bed with a worrisome mind and scattered energies, what is going to happen to our sleep? And how are we going to wake up in the morning? A lot of us look at the television or other devices then our thoughts are scattered and we jump into bed to rest with all those thoughts.

Don’t you think it is important to cleanse the mind and go to sleep in a space of restfulness, resting in the consciousness of the Universe, resting in a space of deep peace, in a space where we have faith that “I am taken care of” and resting in that promise of waking up to a new day that will be bright, full of light, with the hope of learning and growing and being a blessing to the world! So an evening ritual is also important.

If we are going to condition our consciousness, we need to look at our morning ritual. We need to look at the consciousness space throughout our day, and we need to look at our night ritual, before we put this body to sleep. Then we will be amazed at how we can maintain a phenomenal consciousness throughout the entire day!

Now if you reflect on what I have just said, you will see how many weak spaces you have in your structure. It is natural. But let us arm ourselves! Let us condition ourselves for every day, for every moment! In the same way rest in a conditioned space, in a protected space, in the space where we can hold our universe in peace, in love, feeling the total security that we are taken care of, conditioning the consciousness for the ultimate sport in the game of life. You actually make it appear so easy together with your presentation however I find this topic to be actually one thing which I believe I might by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and extremely vast for me. I am looking ahead on your subsequent submit, I will attempt to get the hold of it!

Namaskar Alex, your enthusiasm is wonderful to read. I’ll share with you how I approach anything I find complicated and beyond my grasp. I start by taking one idea, sometimes that means one sentence and begin to contemplate how I could practice that. So that gets me started and I stay with that one idea until I get an experience of it. That direct experience will provide the insight needed for the next step.
With love and blessings for your explorations,
